Maintaining Driver Qualification Files is a never-ending task and one of the the most important files for you to keep current.  A DQ file contains essential documentation and information to provide a comprehensive snapshot of driver applicants and employees.  The file must contain items such as pre-employment screening, a road test if required, a medical examiner's card, and more.  Files are required to be regularly updated and records retained.  Non-compliance can be costly!  Make sure your files are in compliance with the FMCSA regulations.
