Applies to all private and for-hire motor carriers that have ANY physical locations in Maryland. Dues are calculated on a sliding scale based on a company's number of power units. Non-Domiciled Motor Carrier (NDMC) $270 Annually

Owner Operator (OO) $110 Annually

Based on 1 vehicle ONLY (owned or leased).
