Description
Reasonable Suspicion Webinar - This session is required under USDOT FMCSA Part 382.603 for anyone who supervises drivers. It covers pertinent rules such as: how to make a reasonable suspicion judgement, developing company policies, responding to positive test results, return-to-duty procedures, and SAP requirements. All attendees will receive a certificate of completion for the course.
MEMBER COST: $100 ~ 24 hour cancellation notice required for refunds.
NON-MEMBERS: $200 ~ Registration is available but you must call our office at 410-644-4600.
