Description

This course is designed to help vehicle technicians improve their knowledge on the systematic inspection of commercial motor vehicles as required by the Maryland Preventive Maintenance Regulations in COMAR 11.22 and Part 396 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. It will include basic theory, proper documentation, the role of preventive maintenance in warranty compliance, and a deep dive into select TMC Recommended Practices. (All attendees will receive a free copy of the Maryland Comar 11.22 Preventive Maintenance Handbook)

This training is a Supertech Maryland qualifier. All attendees will be given the option to take a test after the training. The highest score will receive a $250 cash prize and be eligible to qualify as a Maryland representative at the national Supertech competition.
