Description
This session is required under USDOT FMCSA Part 382.603 for anyone who supervises drivers. It includes all materials and covers pertinent rules such as: how to make a reasonable suspicion judgement, developing company policies, responding to positive tests, return-to-duty procedures, and SAP requirements. All attendees will receive a certificate of completion.
MEMBER COST: $100
NON-MEMBER COST: $200 (Non-members must call to register)
